When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, optional email, location, item type, preferred pickup date, description, any photos you upload, the page you submitted from, and campaign source information.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, provide quotes, schedule service, and understand how customers find us. We do not sell your personal information.
Spam protection
Our forms may use spam-prevention tools that process technical information such as your IP address.
Storage and service providers
Quote information is stored in our database and photos in private file storage. Our hosting, email, and optional text-message providers process information needed to operate the site and notify us of your request. Photo links are signed, but anyone who receives one can open that photo. Please do not upload sensitive documents or photos of people.
Optional analytics and advertising
If enabled, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel can use cookies or similar tools to measure visits, phone clicks, and quote conversions. These providers may process browser, device, and page information under their own policies. We do not send your form's name, phone number, email, description, or photos in those conversion events. You can use your browser's privacy controls to manage cookies.
Your choices
Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your quote information. We retain information as needed to respond, provide services, keep required business records, and resolve issues. Do not send financial information or identity documents through the quote form.

Privacy questions
Do I have to provide an email address for a quote?
No. Name, phone, and city or ZIP are required so we can respond and check service coverage. Email and photo uploads are optional.
Can I ask for my uploaded photos to be deleted?
Yes. Contact junkbuddyutah@gmail.com with enough information for us to identify the request. Do not include extra sensitive information. We will review the request and any applicable record-keeping requirements.
Are my photos displayed in public customer reviews?
The quote form does not publish your photos in reviews or a public gallery. Photo links are used to handle your request and notify the business. Anyone who receives a signed photo link can open it, so do not share it publicly.
